• Preparation for Your Visit: Please arrive with your hair prepared for washing. While your hair doesn't need to be perfectly clean or loose, extensive detangling or removing complex hairstyles may reduce the time available for your treatment.

• Nature of the Treatment: The London Head Spa provides a relaxing, conditioning ASMR experience, akin to a facial for the hair and scalp. Please note, this is a pampering service and not a medical treatment. Our services are not recommended for individuals undergoing medical treatment for scalp or hair conditions.

• Refunds and Cancellations by Clients: Once payment has been made, refunds or date changes will not be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• Cancellations by The London Head Spa: If we must cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund and the opportunity to rebook at a convenient time.

• Punctuality: Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time to ensure that subsequent appointments can commence as scheduled.

• Inclusion of Session Timings: All listed treatment times encompass the entire session, including arrival consultation, pre and post-treatment hair preparation, styling, and the actual spa treatment.

• Health Considerations: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment to ensure we provide the safest experience possible.

• Personal Belongings: We advise clients to keep personal belongings secure; The London Head Spa is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

• Behaviour and Conduct: Courtesy and respect towards staff and other clients are expected at all times.

• Contact Information: Changes in contact details should be communicated promptly to ensure communication about your appointment.
